Physical Examination
We believe the best
approach to your pet's health care is to stop problems before they start.
Proper care of your pet is the easiest and best way to keep him happy
and healthy. At Morningside Pet Hospital, we provide a nose to toes exam for all of our clients' pets.

Veterinary Surgery
We offer a range of soft tissue surgeries which include routine spays and neuters, tumor
removal, biopsies, to more advanced procedures such as hip surgery, bone
grafts and obstruction removal. At Morningside Pet Hospital, we endeavor
to keep your pet's pain to a minimum.

We offer pain management
treatments that include pain patches, both injectible and oral pain
medications, and CRI (Constant Rate Infusion) during post operative recovery. We will take every measure to eliminate your pet's pain and any stress
related problems experienced from surgery or treatment procedures. Our
veterinary doctors and staff will treat your pet as if your pet were their own pet.
Digital Radiology
Digital
veterinary X-Ray equipment ensures your pet has minimal exposure to
radiation, while providing our doctors with the very best digital imaging
available to evaluate your pet's condition and determine the best form of
treatment. At Morningside Pet Hospital, we offer many other diagnostic evaluations to help you and the doctor choose the best
course of care for your pet.
On-Site Laboratory
Our in-house
veterinary laboratory features diagnostic testing for many problems including
the
following:

Blood Analysis: blood
analysis, Glucose, BUN, Albumin, Heartworm testing,
Pregnancy, Lyme Disease, Ehrlichia

Dermal
– including allergy skin sensitivity testing, presence
of demodex or sarcoptic mange, ringworm, and yeast

Cytology
- staining, microscopic examination and interpretation.

Urine
– urinalysis including pH, specific gravity, presence of protein, and early renal failure detection in both dogs & cats

Fecal
– intestinal parasites, parvovirus, and giardia
